I’ve always been deeply curious about what it means to live a meaningful life. What drives us? How do we grow, love, and heal? These questions have been with me for as long as I can remember—and they led me first to therapy as a client, then to the work I now offer as a therapist.
Therapy changed my life. It helped me grow up. Now, I have the privilege of walking alongside others as they engage in the vulnerable, Supported inquiry. Mind-body awareness. Lasting change.
Individual therapy is more than a conversation—it’s a supported inquiry into the nature of your life. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, uncovering the beliefs, stories, and reactions that shape how you experience yourself and others.
In my practice, therapy unfolds within a mind-body framework that integrates mindfulness, attachment theory, somatic awareness, and neuroscience. The goal isn’t just insight—it’s transformation. As we work, you'll build resilience, cultivate new perspectives, and strengthen your capacity to hold the full range of human experience. work of healing. A Collaborative Process
As your therapist, I’m here to offer both space and structure. Sometimes that looks like gentle witnessing. Other times, it’s more active—sharing reflections, offering a practice, direct coaching, or introducing a new perspective to consider.
My role is part relational consultant, part guide, and always a fellow human walking this path with you. I bring a blend of therapeutic presence, somatic practice, coaching, and clinical insight—all grounded in years of experience and a deep commitment to your growth.

Seasoned Therapeutic Presence: Grounded in clinical skill, treatment planning, and psychological understanding that holds it all together.
